After the animation exploration assignment this was an extension upon that, mainly focussing on the external environment and props. A lot of work went into designing the props so they would gain when put together personality of the character that would live there and also a sense of uniqueness.
To my realisation and talking to my lecturer I focused my full attention to the designing process for this assignment so I can be more prepared for the next. Within my negotiation form I mentioned upon designing the props I was intending on creating some textures and have some samples ready, after discussions I have had as well as my planning process for textures I came to realise that this would be too much work to produce. Due to this I will be focussing on the texturing element and tests at the beginning of my following assignment which will give me more available time to focus on this.
I designed what I set out to do by creating a layout and external props, if I were to have more time I would of created the key art and rough 3D model layout, all of which will be perfect to start my next assignment.
As this is an extension from the animation exploration assignment I wanted to create some internal prop designs to help show my thought process when it comes to designing. I think this helped me really well as I was able think of each room within the bungalow.
As this assignment comes to an end I will most likely not progress with the internal props, this is due to the fact that the external environment consists of a lot of elements and the workload will be too much if I were to continue internal props.
